Chris rejoined Bone Steel in April 2008. After studying Quantity Surveying and European Business Studies, Chris spent 8 years with Bone Steel gaining an in-depth experience in all aspects of the business. Chris left the Group to launch and run Safe Consulting, a risk and value engineering consultancy joint-venture with Ramboll (formerly Whitbybird) before returning to Bone Steel 9 years later to take the reigns.
Stephen joined Bone Steel from the UK Board of Thyssenkrupp Elevator in October 2008. He brings the experience of successfully delivering major projects with leading international firms. With a background in engineering he has an HNC, an MBA and is a member of CIPS. Stephen has a passion for achieving excellence in all aspects of customer service.
Adam had over 25 years experience in the steel construction industry when he joined the Group in 1995 from McKay Structures. He was appointed Managing Director of Skelton Onsite in 2001 and assumed responsibilities for Bone Steel as Construction Director in July 2009.
Henry joined as Finance Director in February 2007. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and joined the Group from a major main contracting organisation where his role was Construction Divisional Finance Director. Having previously held senior financial roles within specialist contractors and plant hire firms, Henry’s expertise has been gained through a career firmly rooted in the construction sector.
Mark was appointed Operations Director in August 2008, having held various Operational and Business improvement roles with Rolls-Royce plc. He has a first class Honours Degree an MBA and is a Chartered Engineer. Mark has been instrumental in enhancing Lean Manufacturing and planning principles across the factory driving towards a process led model.
