Our Project Coordination Team breaks every project down into construction ‘zones’ and then breaks each zone down into sequenced erectable deliveries called ‘lots’. Each lot is fabricated and dispatched on a just-in-time basis providing the project team with deliveries in line with the project program.

 

Planning is fundamental and with our own fleet of trucks we create maximum flexibility to ensure change can be incorporated as required. Projects are a moving target and the key to success is built on communication and coordination which we are renowned for.
