Hugh Hayes – Non-Executive Chairman
Hugh joined the Group as Non-Executive Chairman in November 2006. Hugh also holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive of Motherwell Bridge where he successfully led a management buyout in September 2006.
Tony Pedder – Non-Executive Director
Tony joined the Group as a Non-Executive Director in November 2006. Tony has over thirty years experience in the steel industry and is the former Chief Executive of Corus and current Chairman of Sheffield Forgemasters International Ltd.
Colin Bone – Non-Executive Director
Colin was appointed Non-Executive Director in 2007 after some 12 years on the Board latterly as Managing Director. He is Group Business Development Director for International Architects RMJM where he is currently focused on Global Emerging Markets.
